Cheesy Biscuits Sprinkled With Fleur de Sel de Camargue recipe

Ingredients:


3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp La Baleine Fine sea salt 
1/2 cup cold butter shredded
3/4 cup whole milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 egg
Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel for sprinkling

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder and sea salt. Add the shredded cheese and mix well.

Add the cold grated butter and mix well. Now add the milk and the lightly whisked egg and form a dough. Roll out the dough and use a biscuit cutter to cut into rounds, apply an egg wash and sprinkle with Fleur de Sel on top.  Place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Place it in the middle rack in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins until done.
