Chocolate bark with Grey Sea Salt
2 cups dark or bittersweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup assorted nuts
dried rose petals to garnish on top
A sprinkle of La Baleine Grey Sea Salt
Roughly chop most of the assorted nuts and keep a few aside to finely chop to add on top as garnish later.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds, give a mix and microwave again for 30 seconds. Repeat this process until the chocolate chip has melted and looks shiny.
Add the nuts, La Baleine Grey Sea Salt and mix again.
Layer it on a parchment paper or baking silpat.
Sprinkle finely chopped nuts, dried rose petals and sprinkle little more La Baleine Grey Sea Salt.
Let the chocolate bark set in the fridge. It will take roughly an hour to set.
Slice and store in a clean airtight jar in the fridge.
