Roasted grapes whipped feta crostini
Ingredients :
Slice of crusty bread
12 oz red grapes
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
1 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel and extra ¼ teaspoon for later
few rosemary leaves
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
6 roasted garlic cloves
1 tablespoon honey,
2 tablespoons EVOO and ¼ teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel.
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 400 F
In an oven proof pan layer 12 oz red grapes and sprinkle 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel, few rosemary leaves and bake for 30 minutes.
In a food processor or blender, add ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, 6 roasted garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons EVOO and ¼ teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel.
Whip to form a smooth texture.
Spread it on a bowl or plate and top it with the roasted grapes, drizzle more honey and extra virgin olive oil.
Toast a few slices of a crusty bread by brushing little oil and top it with whipped feta and roasted grapes.
